No refund after buying and playing FC 27
I had a subscription EA Play pro subscription which ended on October 10th 2026. During the subscription I have started FC 27 to try it out. After my subscription ended and all games I had installed at some point were removed (FC 26, FC 27 and Battlefield), I decided (on October 12th) to try FC 27, by buying the standard edition. After playing 3 or 4 online matches in less then 2 hours and experiencing the most frustrating gameplay and likely cheaters I decided that the game was not worth it for me and I decided to go ask for a refund.
Somehow the refund option was not there. EA did not reply on my mail I sent and today I had the totally useless chat with an AI agent. Final conclusion: I have started the game during my subscription, and somehow that means that my purchase, done on the 12th was not eligible for refund. How silly is that. This means that should you have a EA Play Pro subscription, which you have paid for to play the games in the subscription, that you can never refund those games, should you decide to buy it and regret the purchase.
In my opinion this is not right. A purchase is a purchase from the date you pay for it. Not some date in the past of a subscription you have or had.
I feel like having been scammed by EA.
