Not eligible for downloadable content for skate 3 xbox one 2025

I have been having this problem for the past years I have always wanted to play the dlc maps but every time I click pause and X for Downloadable Content a message pops up saying There is no downloadable content available for which you are eligible I tried so many options or ways to try and fix it but nothing seems to work I contacted EA and Microsoft chat team they are weren’t able to help me out so they sent me here making me post a forum Hopefully this gets me a way of being able to fix it I will be really grateful if someone can help me resolve this I have 2 xbox accounts and on my 2nd one I’m able to use the downloadable content but somehow on my main account it doesn’t work I don’t know if it has to do with any region problem but that I know off both my accounts are in US and have the right region I have seen so many cases of this problem on reddit I’m starting to lose hope of trying fixing it but I’m not giving up if I’m able to fix this problem I will go out there myself on reddit and different websites and try to help people fix it but first I have to accomplish that myself I know there’s someone out there that can help me, I know that not that much people play this game but it’s a childhood game I grew up on playing and I just really want to play the dlc maps on my main xbox account other than that Thank you for listening
