An email I don't know about in my EA account

Help very urgently, there is an email address that I do not recognize on my xbox EA account and it prevents me from accessing the account. Because it is blocked, I cannot transfer my EA account, which I have on playstation, to xbox. This account belongs entirely to me. I pre-ordered Battlefield 6 on xbox. If an admin contacts me, I will send the receipt via DM. I will also give my xbox gamertag. NOTE: Do not tell me to write to the support team. I have sent many messages and emails, but there is no response. An admin here should urgently remove this email address that I do not recognize because I cannot do anything because of this.
