Not receiving emails from EA, can't complete two step verification
does anyone have a solution?
I have made sure that the ea email is in my safe senders list, checked spam and other folders of my emails, and have also made sure it is the correct email on the account but still not emails received for the code to log in.
I am able to log in through my Xbox link with the same email but again not receiving the email for the codes.
i've been having this issue for about a year now not sure how to fix it and not receiving responses from EA from the email aswell.

In that case, maybe the best option would be to change your two-factor authentication to another method, like text message, for example.
But to do so, you need to be able to receive a code on the email, so reach out to EA Support for further help on this issue. You can also find chat support on EA Help, which probably works better for you.
