Not Recieving Fut Champions rewards after finishing champs

I finished my last game of Fut Champs and was happy to claim my TOTS rewards, so I finished the game and it suddenly disconnected, then i re-entered ultimate team and the game counted as a disconnection, and in addition to that, I went on to claim the rewards but the game wouldn’t let me claim them and it says my record is 9-7 with -1 matches remaining and when i enter to join a game it says there is an error. I tried everything but nothing is working at all, is there a fix? And I hope EA can help me at least claim my rewards.
