Old account help
I downloaded Apex Legends back in like 2019 on my PS4. I never had an EA account and I dont ever remember making a EA account so im assuming PSN made one for me and just linked my email to it. Anyway...

Your Apex progress would be saved to the old EA account, so if that's the Yahoo email you can't access, unlinking it from there would cause your progress to be lost. Without access to the email address registered to the EA account, you'll want to reach out to our support team directly so they can help update those account details.
The steps on this page would typically help you update that information, but since you no longer have access to the email itself it'd be best to just scroll to the bottom for the Contact us option or create a new case here. An advisor will need to verify a few account details and should be able to work with you to get things updated from there.
