Old Email address

I created this account in 2009 and no longer have access to the email or the phone number that I had at the time of creating this account. I would like to change my email address; however, it will not let me without first sending a verification code to my original email from 15 years ago. I am trying to bypass this step by adding a secondary email, like the chat bot suggest, however, you need to send a code to original email.  I am still able to log into the game using this info, but I do not want to purchase anything further until this issue is fixed.
