Old email to new
I'd like to change my old email to my new one because I lost access to my old email. When I try to verify through a recognised device, it won't give me a prompt.

Unfortunately we can't help with account issues here on the forums. You've already tried reaching out to support? Have they not been able to help, or have you had troubles reaching them in the first place?
They have not been able to help, and now I can't get an advisor anymore
Bleh, same problem at the moment. Have start 5 cases today. They said i will get a pop-up on the PS5 when starting a game online. Does not get the right pop-up. Very strange no good solution for this problem.

That sounds more like a response to how to link your accounts. I'm guessing that you're trying to link your PlayStation to a new EA account? Have you unlinked it from the old one already?
My PSN is linked to an EA account. But that EA account is linked to my mail address i can’t come in anymore. I ve proven that it’s mine account. They said when I start my ps5 and a EA game in online modus I will get a pop-up, where I should update the mail address to a new one. Tried 5 diferent cases with 5 diferent customer service agents and did not get a pop-up.
Also my Xbox S is logged in on the right EA account en should be a verified console. But when I went on the Xbox I don’t get the verification in the EA app.
I wish there was more that I could do from my end, but I don't have the tools to help with problems like this. You could always try to open our help site via an incognito window without logging in; that's helped players before when they can't seem to get a hold of live support.
