Old email to new
I'd like to change my old email to my new one because I lost access to my old email. When I try to verify through a recognised device, it won't give me a prompt.
They have not been able to help, and now I can't get an advisor anymore
I wish there was more that I could do from my end, but I don't have the tools to help with problems like this. You could always try to open our help site via an incognito window without logging in; that's helped players before when they can't seem to get a hold of live support.
