Password Reset Loop / Link and unlink issue.

Your accounts can’t be linked because your Xbox account Popeye671 already linked to your EA Account for fe*****@disabled.ea.com. An EA Account can only be linked to one Xbox account in its lifetime.

Above is the message I get everytime I try to address the linking/unlinking issue between my xbox account and EA account. I need help getting this fixed. When I go to the help page and select linked accounts, there is no option to submit a request for tech assistance it just takes me to profile settings and I'm not able to do anything there. 

I've seen this same issue discussed over and over and it doesn't seem like there has been much movement from EA to address this issue. I'm not familiar with the email address that is associated in the above message, but it is quite clear that it is linked directly to EA.

I'm trying to play battlefield 4 on xbox and I'm not able to redeem/download because of the linking/unlinking break in whatever is going on. 

Help would be greatly appreciated.
