Payment not going through even though there is money on my card.

EA needs to fix their poor customer service. I am trying to buy a membership to the EA Play and it's telling me my VISA card (here in the US):  "Your action cannot be processed We're unable to proc...

How do I get a hold of a live human being at EA? I don't care at this point whether it's via phone or email. Or do I have to wait until some low-level EA employee decides to check the forums for this half-assed customer service you're providing? 

I literally am in disbelief that a multi-million dollar company provides this POOR level of customer service.
