Permanently banned EA FC 25 account — no explanation (Case #215541021)

Hello EA Forum Team,I’m writing regarding a ban on my EA FC 25 account (Case #215541021). I received a permanent ban without explanation and only generic responses from support.I have never cheated or shared my account. I moved from Vinnytsia to Donetsk region, played on a different device (laptop) and via different connections (Wi‑Fi and mobile). I suspect the ban was triggered automatically.Please conduct a manual review by the Terms of Service team. I’m happy to verify my identity and account details if needed.Thank you,&nbsp;

kovalgeg​ Here on the forum we cannot assist with account actions. You will have to go through the TOS team.&nbsp;
If you believe that a sanction (Suspension/Ban) placed on your account was by mistake you should reach out to the Terms of Service team https://help.ea.com/za/help/account/information-about-locked-or-banned-or-suspended-accounts/
IF the TOS team after multiple cases denies your appeal and states the no further action/reviews will be performed then there is nothing else that can be done.
