Hi, were you able to resolve this? I'm literally having the same problem, my account is banned and the email address is am*****@reevalmail.com, and support isn't resolving it at all.

Did you manage to send a dispute to the Terms of Service team? If not, you can find more information on how to send a dispute here: https://help.ea.com/en/articles/security-and-rules/locked-banned-suspended-accounts/

I figured out my problem: my friend had created an EA account using my Steam account a while back, but he insisted he didn't remember. Now that we've discovered it, we're trying to remove a ban (which he also doesn't remember) so we can unlink it and add it to my Steam account. I've already spoken to support and am waiting for a response.
