Plata refuzata

I changed the payment method to another card and I see that it hasn't been updated for you and where should I show that it is still at origin, how do I proceed to get money for the subscription?

    Hey lukke6969​ can you be a little clearer with what the issue is?

    Are you trying to get a refund, or is it an issue that you have a membership that is not active?

    If you let me know as much info as possible, then we can take it from there?
