Playing games in an internet cafe leads to account ban，why？？？？

1. I purchased Battlefield 6 on Steam on October 10, 2025.  
2. My total playtime is 47 hours, with half of it spent playing at home and the other half at an internet cafe.  
3. On November 21, while playing at the internet cafe, my account was banned by the system without any reason.  
4. During my gameplay, I did not engage in any cheating or behavior that violates the game's rules.  
5. While playing at the internet cafe, there was video surveillance that can serve as evidence. If needed, I can provide it.  
6. From Battlefield 2, Bad Company, Battlefield 3, Battlefield 5, to 2042, and now Battlefield 6, I have purchased and played the entire Battlefield series. I consider myself a longtime fan of the series, having grown up with Battlefield from my teenage years to now, almost thirty years old.  

Request: I hope EA can investigate the situation and help unban my account. If video surveillance evidence is required, please provide a method for uploading it.
