Pro Clubs Avatar Error

So on pro clubs all Im getting is bother I can't join certain games can't enter certain cups and it's really starting to bug me.. so how do I fix this problem I have uninstalled the game still won't fix the problem don't want to delete my saved data just incase I deleted my person I ain't starting again so how do I fix this problem cause I can't do much on the game can't customise my character can't play cups can't do nout apart from league games
