Problem linking accounts
I've been trying to link my PlayStation account to my EA account but I keep getting an error saying that it's already connected to an EA account. The problem is the EA account it says it's already connected too is the one I'm trying to connect it too. Also if I use the PlayStation account to sign into EA it takes me to the account I want it connected too. I am at a loss of what to do and was wonder if i could get any help thank you.

Sorry to hear you're having some trouble getting everything connected. From the error message you've mentioned, it sounds like there may be multiple accounts in use here.
You should be able to check this account page to see your connected accounts and double-check which other platforms are connected to the current EA account.
The steps on this page would typically help you update your account details, but if you don't recall or no longer have access to another email itself it'd be best to just scroll to the bottom for the Contact us option. An advisor will need to verify a few account details and should be able to work with you to get things updated from there.
