Process to delete ridiculous

Someone used my email to set up an account. I have changed all involved passwords and requested this account be deleted over a month ago. I have re-submitted the request. It is absolutely ridiculous the steps required to initiate an account deletion and then the account doesn’t get deleted. No real question, but more of a comment on how absurd your system is. Even if I were a gamer I would never use this.
