PS 4 linked account not letting play in steam

Hello everyone, I got a year subscription of EA on my PS4 to play F1-24. Then i decided to build a Sim rig with a PC. I have Steam installed   in the PC and the accounts are linked but it is asking me to pay for the game and not letting me play it under my EA subscription. Can someone please guide me on what it is that I am doing wrong? It is my understanding that the EA membership can be used along multiple platforms but you lose the progress. Pleas Help

  • Hey Themiamilab EA Play is available across numerous platforms but you would need an active membership on each in order to play.

You cannot access your PS EA Play account on any other platform and if you wish to play on PC then you will need to become a member there.

Thank you for your answer. I tried canceling the membership to get a refund and them buy it again in the Steam software but it has been impossible to do. can you please guide me or give me a phone number that I can call to get the refund for the service.

You would need to speak with PSN support about refunding any membership on their platform.
