PSN is linked to an EA account that isn’t mine

I have been dealing with trying to unlink my PSN with a random EA account that isn’t mine. I tried last year to resolve the issue and support just closed the case on me. I was playing BF6 from release until 11.20.2025 when it asked me to verify below. I keep being told to go to EA help but no one responds and I feel like it should be a 5 minute fix just to unlink the accounts.
