PVZ GW2 Add-on problem

A year ago, I have purchased 2 addons for gw2 ( festive and hot summer night) and didnt receive it so i ignored it. Not long ago, I purchased the torch and tail bundle and also didnt received the addon. I tried to re install the game and restart my console but neither of those helped. I tried searching other forums but it did not work. When i go to the store, the addon have been purchased and unavailable for another purchase which means I bought it but it isnt in the game. Did anyone have the same problem and know how to help me?
