Quick question: How can we open an official incident/case/ticket with EA games?

Hi EA_Darko, the game in question is Need for Speed Payback on Playstation 5.
In the last few days I have tried to connect to the online features, several times a day but to no success. I always get the error: "ATTENTION you need to sign in to your ea account to access the online features of this game ..... ". It's worth mentioning that I own several EA games and I have tested them with no issues.
I tried everything possible, changed the password, changed DNS manually, restored licenses, restarted the console, everything.
I wanted to open a ticket/incident/case with EA but it's impossible to find where to do it. This whole situation is very frustrating.

Community ManagerIf seeing that error Ronin_HS then it generally points to an issue with connection or else your PSN account and online entitlements.

I've tried everything I could in the last few days without any results. But now for the first time since I've owned the game it connected directly to the server, I think there have been some issues with the EA servers, only rational explination.
