Quick question: How can we open an official incident/case/ticket with EA games?

I tried to find an answer on help.ea, forum.ea and the internet, to no result. Thank you!

If seeing that error  Ronin_HS​ then it generally points to an issue with connection or else your PSN account and online entitlements.

I've tried everything I could in the last few days without any results. But now for the first time since I've owned the game it connected directly to the server, I think there have been some issues with the EA servers, only rational explination.
