RECOVER ea acccout but i dont have the old email from when i was a kid

Hello , i have a problem , i tried 15 time to recover my account but i failed every time . can i ask you this: 

I am requesting a manual review of my EA account recovery case.

I understand I have failed the automated verification process, but I would like to clarify my situation. I no longer have access to the original email address used for the EA account, but the account is still linked to my PlayStation Network account on my PS5/PS3. I can access my PSN account normally and can provide my PSN ID and proof of ownership through trophies, game history, and console access.

The EA account is still connected to my PlayStation account, but I cannot access online features due to expired credentials and lack of email access. I am unable to correctly answer the automated security questions because the account was created a long time ago and I do not remember all exact details.

I kindly request a manual review of my ownership, verification through my PlayStation Network connection, and assistance in updating the email address or recovering access to the EA account. I am willing to provide any additional information required by a live agent. It is my account and i have all games on disk on playstation , i have the psn account i have everything , i need a one time courtasy in order to manually review my situation . im sick of copy pasted replies its not fair to lose acces to play just because ...cause like my account is there i just cannot use it.

    We take security very seriously and only the verified account owner can gain access to or have changes made to an account. It's not something that our team can help you get around, they need to verify beyond doubt that they are speaking with the account owner. 

    The best thing I can suggest is to gather as much additional info as possible, old email accounts, any purchase receipts, older devices that you may have used to log in and remain logged in, and then speak with the team again.

    While you have gone through the process a number of times then it can be very frustrating, and if you are unable to verify account ownership, then our team will not be able to assist you further.

    well why they cant try other ways ? like its not even a account iwth games , its not even a profile , the profile is the psn one , like its just the ability to play online . i have the account there. why cant you help my with more than just copy pasted stuff?

    Hey Alafreezuki​ I understand that it is not an ideal situation, but our team follows an account verification process, and if you cannot verify ownership through it then I'm sorry to say but there would be nothing that we on the forums can do to change it.

    All I can suggest is that you try to gain access to older email accounts and the like to see if you can use them to verify your account ownership.

    i tried sveral times but google dosent offer support for normal user accounts . am i supposed to be locked out ?

    Are you referring to gmail Alafreezuki​?

    If so, you would need to speak with them about any issues with their support.

    EA_Darko​  hey, it feels like you're not even reading the messages that Alafreezuki​  posts. Or you read and you don't really understand what exactly you just read. He already said that it's not possible for them to contact google/gmail support, because Google doesn't offer any support for PERSONAL accounts. Google only offers support for BUSINESS accounts. So, google CANT help them.

    I have read their situation and let me give you a summary of things that DONT work, since you EA guys go around in circles:

    1. they cannot pass your authentication process because it's a very old account
    2. even if the account is old, they can still provide very personal information that only the account owner would have.
    they can't provide exactly what you ask for (which, for your agents to ask for the exact calendar date when someone last opened a game, is outright stupid because it doesnt prove anything). Why would an IP address not be sufficient?
    3. recovering the email address is NOT an option, as explained above
    4. your AI bot is very poor, which also negatively affects your customer support abilities
    5. your live agents are never prepared to actually help. They only copy-paste replies from your templates. Not having human intelligence input says a lot about you as a company.

    Your problem is that you never manually do anything actually useful to your users and this is why people get frustrated. People pay good money to play on your platform and its never working how it's supposed to. For example, im trying to open the app on my PC and it crashes again and again, nothing i try works. I bought a game and i cant even play it because of how bad your platform is.
    Do actually to actually help and quit posting your "empathy templates" as replies to users. You're not doing anything good. Put your mind to work, call your colleagues, ask a friend, i dont know. You're the "experts".
