Hi there, I'm sorry to hear your account has been compromised. You can find instructions on how to recover your account here. If you're unable to recover the account yourself, scroll down to that page and click on Contact Us.

I tried but you guys take long to help and wait a few seconds before deciding on your own  that case will be closed , also it says the issue isn't supported by advisors.

    Hi nq96siqr5wup

Firstly, so sorry to hear you're account was compromised. That's never a great experience. While I'm limited and can't offer support that requires account changes, I'll do my best to help share advice to assist you.

my accounts email and trusted devices has been changed without my knowledge

You will need our support teams help to recover the account and update the account information. It'd help to have the following information ready:

    • The email address you used to make your EA Account.
    • Any usernames or console IDs (e.g. Xbox Live Gamertags or PlayStation™Network Online IDs) connected to your EA Account.
    • Any invoice numbers from games you’ve bought from our store or product codes for your games.

is there a way I can directly email someone to help me?

There is a way to contact our support team for help. I'll pop the steps below. The contact options available vary depending on the type of issue. When you create your support ticket, the EA Help site will present the available contact options for your issue. For account recovery cases, I think it may need to be handled over chat, so you may see the chat option presented.

To connect with our support team for help with this, follow these steps:

    1. Select 'Help by Topic'
    2. Click 'What to do if your EA Account was hacked'
    3. Scroll to the bottom of the article and select 'Contact us' under the heading 'Still having issues'
    4. Choose 'Continue as a guest' if you can't log into the account for now
    5. Fill out your information and tell them about your issue to submit the ticket
    6. Next, choose your contact option

A wee heads up, I've just taken a peek, and the EA Help site is presenting a pop-up alert to signal we’re experiencing high wait times, so it may take a bit longer than usual to hear back from them.
