I can't Install EA app

Question

I tried all things like stoping the windwos installer process, reinstalling VC +++ 2015-2022, and changing my dns to default, plss fix this.

Can't install it on steam, I want to play PVZ gw2 on my steam and this problem won't let me that why I tried installing it on the website yet this is the problem that Im encountering rn.

fix: Create the C:\Windows\Installer folder: Navigate to C:\Windows\, check if an "Installer" folder exists, and if not, create it manually with the correct capitalization
