Re: Where is the option to contact live chat support? Does it even still exists?

Right after submitting the form, I don’t get any option (see the photo). I’m not logged in, and I’m in Canada. I tried both in French and in English — same result.  

Also, when someone replies, I receive the previous messages by email.
