Hi Doctor_K3nobbi,
I split your post from that thread as it is a different subject. Can you please clarify what is happening with your account? If you see an email address @disabled.ea.com, you can try to re-enable the account by resetting the password.

Done this many times yet when I change my password and try to login to any ea online game (from my playstation) it prompts me to change my password even though I have just done so. I've checked with playstation and it's not on their end, and I cannot relink my playstation account to ea as it can only be linked to one account in its lifetime. Please help me

Good Luck, i'm in the same boat for over 2 weeks, sent them 9 cases since, never got an answer. I just gave up.

OK, so the only workaround that actually works is to create a new EA account and psn account... Yes it sux but with ea being so incredibly unhelpful, hope this helps lots of people

In this case, as it requires someone to review your EA account, please contact EA Help for further assistance. Click on this link to get started, scroll to the bottom of the page, and click on "Contact us."

It does not work, they never reply, never, i've sent 10 tickets, in 3 different languages, never got any answer, still can't play any EA online game. I wanted to play BF6, but i can't, and i'm not creating another PSN account, just to play 1 game. My PSN account is the same since the ps3 came out. And i will not give money to a company that doesen't care a bit about theire customers.
