Hey jamiejones59,

Unfortunately we can't help with account issues here on the forums. You'll need to reach out to our live support team again. They should be able to verify you as the account owner via another method, such as asking for account information.

EA_QueenBee I've reached out to the live support team again. And again they're yet to solve my issue. They keep saying to log in to an EA game and follow the pop up on screen where I'll be able to reset my email. Every time I have to explain that I can't see the pop up because of my email verification problem.

This is basically the same response I get each time...

Then when I've asked about can answering questions to recover my account, I get told this...

I'm stuck in an endless loop of where none of the support people will solve my problem and just tell me to contact later.

Please help, thank you
