Refunds

What is the process of getting refunds on all my battlefield games I purchased at full price. For about 6 weeks I have been unable to play any of them due to hard crashes after a short defined time in the game. If I get to menu and leave it, it will crash.

I have wasted hours on the help , and hours trying to diagnose and EA solution was to format my whole drive and start again with fresh windows. That is never going to happen as I use my PC for other things other than gaming, and I have no issues with any other games on other platforms.

Whatever update they have done behind the scenes and rendered all my BF games useless. The Bf6 Beta crashes to desktop after 5 mins of play so thats utter garbage at same time.
