Request Ea fc 26 refund faulty PC game

90% of game with FPS drop from 200 fps to 20 fps randomly after cutscenes either corner, celebration, penalty, halftime etc. In the middle of futchamp game when the score is tight, you can expect that after random cutscene the fps will drop to 20 fps.

I never experienced such thing in previous fifa on PC. How can you guys have no shame letting this happen and do not fix it even until the game almost finish ?

Please give me refund.
