I have Requested downloaded data over a day and half ago. When requested it says it will only take a couple hours. That has turned into a couple days.
I have tried contacting support, but the stupid AI keeps sending me back to the portal instead of helping me. So, now I am stuck without my requested account data.
If you have any fixes please let me know.

Just to confirm, did you follow these steps to request account data, and have you checked your spam/junk inboxes to see if the email landed there?
