Retrieve Old Account - Email Host No Longer Active

Hello, 
I have tried to submit a ticket but it won't complete, so I thought I'd ask here. 
I've a very old account, which has BF3/ 4 / MOHW all connected but the ISP no longer use any of the old email addresses and I can't access the account. 
I also have a separate account which has BF6 on it, which is this account.

Is it at all possible to retrieve the old account and somehow add it to a separate email address and how can that be done please, as in, do I need to contact someone to do it?
I can provide name, DoB, address, even my old Battle Log info, screenshots etc and old email address. But I have no access to that whatsoever. 
To make things worse, it was inadvertently linked with an  X-Box account, but I can look into that after addressing this. 

So again, I can provide all necessary credentials, DoB, name and address, but I would really be keen to regain access over my old account please.
