When it comes to compensation, neither live support nor we here on the forums are able to support that, as it isn't up to us to decide, unfortunately. If there are any features in particular that are negatively impacting your experience, please feel free to create a constructive thread to share your feedback with us. Regarding the support specialist challenge, if you're referring to it not tracking, we've notified the studio of this and it's being investigated. I'm afraid we don't have any updates on progress or when to expect a fix, but once we do, we'll update this thread: Support Specialist 2 Challenge Not Completing.
