Servers not connecting on new internet
Hello! I was told to write this from a customer support member but I recently just moved into my first apartment and with my new wifi I haven't been able to get online to any EA games for over a week...

Community ManagerYour NAT type is fine. Take another look at those settings and let me know what the IPv is. Since you can connect on a mobile hotspot, the issue is with your home network equipment or ISP. You may need to switch your IPv so let me know which version you're on.
IPv4 address is and IPv6 address is there is a IPv6 address (link local) if you need that also

I removed the IP addresses you posted. Please keep those private. Try changing your settings so that only the IPv6 address is used. If that doesn't help, try using only IPv4.
How do i do that as an option on ps5
