Hi nzvember,

In most cases, when the password reset doesn't resolve the issue, it means that the reset was done for the wrong EA account.

Try logging in to your EA account on the EA app first and see if you can find the game in your library. If it isn't there, see if you have another account.

Hi. Same problem here. I already reset my password earlier when it asked me to upon trying to open Sims 4. I was able to successfully reset my password and log back in on my (only) EA account. I have my EA tab open, I checked my library, and Sims 4 is definitely there so I know that I am on the correct account, however, every single time I try to open it, it makes me reset my password again. I have also already restarted my game, my browser, and my pc.
