So many issues after recent update
Sims missing, finished quests locked again, purchased content missing, level pushed back 2 levels, I'm really feeling to delete my accounts. There's so much missing that took so much time to complete. Incredibly frustrating to think of redoing so many quests again.

Make sure you sign into the correct account and check if the game is hidden in your game library. If you're still missing purchased content, contact EA Support for assistance.
