Someone hacked my ea account and still has access to it
Yesterday i found out a hacker changed my account email and i checked apex to see if it was compromised and the hacker used my 24k+ crafting metals and 2500 apex coins , i got access back to my ea account yesterday and i played to gain some currency back in the battle pass and i went to sleep . today i went on apex and my coins were back to 75 which means the hacker still has access . i tries to contact ea but the chat with us option doesnt show up anymore . what do i do in this situation ?

i am writing this on the forum as a last resort as i dont know what to do .

Unfortunately we can't help with hacked accounts here on the forums. I'd recommend changing the password on all of your accounts (not just gaming related, but also your email address for example) and reaching out to our live support team. If you're not seeing the option to start a chat, try again via an incognito browser without logging in. You don't need to log in to start a chat, let me know if that works instead.
