So I got an email saying someone had made, and verified, this account using my current email address, naturally I made sure to change the password to this account and all its information, but... I do...

Add me to the list as well, and it's really starting to **bleep** me off that EA doesn't allow you to delete your own account. That's fishy to me because it implies they are complacent with the fraud and the probably profit from it.
