Steam linked to a random Chinese EA account?

So I rarely use the EA app, but I just tried to link my steam to it and it is giving me this message: Your accounts can’t be linked because your Steam account Wisey already linked to your EA Account ...

Same issue here. Please give us some assistance. This chat support is hundreds of hours wait with no assistance.

    I've stared at the chat support window for hours without seeing any messages. Then support people will close my case as "fixed'....
