Steam linked to a random Chinese EA account?

So I rarely use the EA app, but I just tried to link my steam to it and it is giving me this message: Your accounts can’t be linked because your Steam account Wisey already linked to your EA Account ...

Same problem. My account is a random email from another country. And now, its linked to my Steam. Still no help from EA.
