Stolen EA Account

I've tried to contact EA Customer Service from the ban appeal page but it doesn't work, I even waited a whole day but still no luck so I will take my chances from here  . My account’s (YengeBurkan112) email and password had been changed, but I managed to recover my account through Steam and my phone number. If you could update the email to [edit: email address removed] and lift my ban, I would be able to start using my account again. (I noticed this issue when I bought BF6 and tried to queue for the game. As I’m writing this message, my friend is playing the game while I can only watch. Please resolve this issue urgently.)I have no access to the "[edit: email address removed]" e-mail account so please contact me from 
" [edit: email address removed]" or my phone number which is registered to my ea account. As I mentioned before my EA Accounts name is YengeBurkan112 it is in the Turkey Reigon. I have an old product key to prove it is really me.
