Stuck in live chat, account was compromised

Hi ive been trying to get into live chat but have been stuck waiting for hours. None of my cases have been replied either, this is ridiculous. Also wait time is stuck at 0.

    i dont think they're helping a single person with this issue. Ive seen hundreds of people with the same issue, account compromised with random unknown email. They say f you you cant prove you own it. I think its some tactic to force all of us to buy a second copy of a game or something

    I GOT A QUEUE NUMBER 12 HOURS INTO WAITING FOR AN EA ADVISOR TO RESPOND. THEN MY LAPTOP CRASHED AND I LOST MY QUEUE NUMBER. WHAT THE HELL????
