Can anyone clarify if it's possible to change a linked twitch account on an EA profile?I've logged into my EA account just recently and noticed a twitch handle I didn't recognise (a jumble of letters and numbers like x252dvx515dvd53525) linked so immediately deleted it. 2FA now setup and all secure.Now learning that an EA account can only ever have one twitch link in its LIFETIME. Surely there's some measure to remediate if it's potentially fradulent. I can't tell if it's an old login that I've caused (maybe the TV/phone) or a hack but it was definitely not me. Trying to raise a ticket is sending me round in circles so trying my hand here. Just wanting to try the BF6 Beta, looks like I've to wait till the weekend.

That is unlinking consoles, not a solution to the issue at all. This is a 3rd party app, specifically Twitch
Guess I'll try my hand with the 2 hour wait on the online chat

I am having the same issue - I've only ever linked one Twitch account to my EA account, but if I go into my EA account the linked Twitch account shows as a jumble of letters and numbers. How can I know if I'll get my BF6 Twitch drops?

Extricated I'm asking myself the same thing. Twitch also shows up as a bunch of random letters and numbers. It worked in BF2042, but I don't see the linked EA account on twitch itself. Can you see it there?

I think I found a solution, I was having the same problem, so I tried searching twitch ea login and clicked on the link for the ea one, I logged into my twitch account through there and now it’s showing my normal twitch account in my ea connections and connected on the twitch drops. I’m assuming it’s just some weird bug with the connection and just needs to go through that process to reconnect. I’m also taking a screenshot of my drops for just in case. Hope this helps.

person329 That did the trick for me, thanks! Now it's showing the correct twitch name.
I made sure to be logged in to EA and had the account management window open where you can see your information, connected accounts etc., just in case.

To save you the time. That jumble of letters is your twitch account. I did the same thing. I thought it must have gotten bugged so I was going to re-link my twitch. It's been years since I first linked the account so I don't remember if they tell you only one link per lifetime. Don't unlink it.

Thank you for the info! I'm really hoping it's linked to the right one - to my knowledge I only have one Twitch account and one EA account, but I'd hate to not get my Twitch drops due to some weird bug.

I made the mistake of unlinking it and now can't put it back. Tried multiple times to resolve using the chat feature and raised a ticket, neither of which are being answered.
I appreciate the volume of requests at the moment for the same thing but has to be one of the worst customer services I've ever experienced. At the very least I'm hearing good things from the Beta so at least the game "might" be good, even if the support is useless
