The support chat is not working.

Yesterday, a tech support representative told me to contact them in 24 hours. But today, the support chat is down. It's completely unavailable. I've tried changing sections, but it didn't help. This has been the case all day. I urgently need to contact support, but I can't do it without chat.

    Hey Wizdomiot​ contact options are dependent on a number of factors and as such not all support avenues will be available at all times.

    Are you able to request a call?
