the worst support ive been given by a company absolutely no help at all

I needed help to get my account back but evrytime i give the bot my info it keeps sending me to login which i cant do since i dont have access to the email of the account no more and i dont know the ...

Use a secondary email to log into the EA Help site. Once connected with a support agent, provide the email linked to your old account. They can then help recover the account and update its information.
