Twitch account link

I’m super excited to get my drops from twitch for battlefield 6 but when I look at my EA account there is a random account linked that isn’t mine it’s just a bunch of random letters and numbers. I really want my twitch drops and I don’t know how I’m supposed to link my account and get them before August 25 th when they expire please help

    yeah i'm having the same issue except i unlinked the existing twitch account that i didn't recognize and now can't link my actual twitch account lol

    yep same with me, no way of getting in contact with EA they dont f**king respond, help takes you round in circles from one useless page to another
