Two EA accounts

I found that I have two EA accounts. My main account, the one I know I've had that contains all my games, keeps giving me an invalid license error code. Then another account pops up an it's running my game but just the base game and I own every sim expansion, game, and kits. Can someone direct me as to how I can clear this up. These games are not cheap, and I really loved playing the sims. I just want my true account back and running properly. In the attachments you can see My true account and then this other account.  PLEASE HELP ME.
