UFC 6 Content lost

Question

Hey everyone I didn’t realize apex and UFC where both same accounts and that when you sign out of one and sign into another it signs that account out of the other respective game. Because of this I lost my VIP pass and content for UFC 6 which the game costed me $100 since I didn’t realize this problem I went ahead with a new account made and found out the hard way I can’t unlink this new account for a year and can’t relink my old account back up to get my content back I’ve made tickets and done live chats since 6:00am and it’s 7:10pm now and I still got nothing and I’m loosing time and content that I could be earning if the company didn’t do what they did because of this EA has truly lost my support and might not ever buy or play another game from them. It’s that whole hardly hurts because I love apex and UFC but I can’t sit there and support a company that robbed me blind form content that personally should be tied to your PlayStation account not your EA account as it was bought on PlayStation not through origins or EA. I Truly hope I can find help and get my account back and refund the content I had or at least transfer my content to the new account.&nbsp;

So I can’t sign back into my old account and connect them back because I still have access to my old account and try to contact live support and still got no connection all I’m trying to do is unlink the new one I have made and relink my old one I still have access too idk if that’s possibly but I’m pretty sure it is and would love help some shape or way! Sorry to hear that you've been trying to get help with this all day. I'm afraid we don't have access to your account and are unable to make any changes here on the forums to support your request.&nbsp;
As you've mentioned, progress and content are stored at the EA account level and on the platform where you purchased it. You should be able to regain access to that content by relinking the initial accounts. If you're in the cooldown period for linking, you'll need to connect with our&nbsp;live support team to see what options are available and if they can grant an exception.&nbsp;
It might be worth trying to contact live support again while signed in on that initial EA account, rather than the new one that's currently linked to the PlayStation account. Though ultimately, if live support says they can't override that link, I'm afraid there isn't anything we can do to further support you, and you'll need to wait until the cooldown period ends.&nbsp;

Hi there, sorry to hear about your situation.
Before making any changes, please make sure you understand the risks of unlinking an old or expired EA Account.
If you unlink your platform account and link it to a different EA Account, any entitlements, such as in-game rewards, points, and items, will remain on the EA Account that your platform account was originally linked to.&nbsp;
When you unlink a platform account from your EA Account, you can link it to another EA Account, but your game progress won’t transfer over. I regret that means you’ll permanently lose access to certain progress or content.
