Issue with Crunchyroll Trial Code

Hello,

I’m experiencing an issue with a Crunchyroll trial that I received as part of my EA FC 26 Club Member benefits.

Last November, EA sent me an email containing a link to claim my Crunchyroll trial. However, whenever I click the link, it does not open the redemption page. Instead, my browser displays the following message:

“We cannot direct you to the requested web page at this time. Please try again.”

I have tried accessing the link multiple times, but I receive the same error every time. I have also tried using different browsers and devices, but the issue persists.

I contacted EA Support for assistance, but they informed me that because the email was sent by another team, they were unable to help me resolve the issue.

I would like to know if this problem has happened to anyone else and if there is a way to claim my Crunchyroll trial. If the original link is no longer working, I would appreciate it if someone could advise me on how to redeem the offer or direct me to the appropriate team that can assist.
